i like most the layout of the hotel which is very intresting to discover
Ac was very hot, no hot water, locaker is not working, our luggage was sent to our room 5 hours late, not very firendly staff in the resturant, Tv is not clear at all, and the bed is not very comfortable. I compained to the manger and they changed the hotel form us to another branch of their hotel was fairly good comparing to their new hotel but the room was little smaller.

I've seen many great hotels but this one comes in my top 10. When you get there it's much better than the pictures show. Great ambiance, super rooms, excellent staff, good food, nice spa and all very clean. Location is nice because it's in a quiter part of Samui. Most is within 10/15 minutes reach with shuttle or taxi. By the way forget the horror stories about driving in Samui. It's relaxed, polite and much quiter than most European cities/villages.
Looking for minusses is hard but the pool is relatively small and the restaurant lacks enough seating when many people show up at the same time. Having said this the staff always resolved this immediately and actually having breakfast in the garden under a palm tree is not so bad.

We got great value for our money at Royal Muang Samui Villas - Sha Extra Plus. The room was top-notch, with beautiful decor and exceptional cleanliness. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, with a stunning pool area, a beach close by, and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
The breakfast offerings could use a bit more variety to make it even better.

The hotel has so much potential but for some reason they have decided to open it up with full prices before it is done, and it should have been done because they were starting to build more than a year ago. Nowhere on their home page is it indicated that it is not finished.
This resort is not finished after so long time of construction. We payed full price for a Seaview pool villa (308) and among other similar Samui stays this had a very low value for money. When we arrived there was hardly any repception and the entrance looks awful. The fitness center does not exist. The Spa is not finised. The rooms are almost finished, but many details are lacking, electrical cords sticking out, the lighting on the terrace are naked light bulbs, etc etc. There are construction noises. The breakfast is poor. The service is ok, but with the price in mind it is not enough.

Great beach and beautiful views from the room. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of options. The staff was friendly and approachable. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions and easy access to transportation.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned and we had to request housekeeping multiple times. , there was no information provided in the room about the hotel's amenities and services.

I like almost anything , the rooms are very nice , clean, huge, very comfortable. The staf very friendly and speak English anouth to understand what we want. Pool very nice and big . The hotel have free shuttle to chaweng . Beach around hotel in my opinion the best beach in Samui , clean with white sand. The area is very nice and in left side of the hotel on the beach you have best Thai food plase ( old lady owned) in Changmon, very recommended. When you arrive to hotel ask for room class to the pool, other way you have to walk alot.

Spent Easter holiday here. Beach was awesome and really clean. Had a spa suite which was amazing and the breakfast was very satisfying.
Room wasn't ready when we arrived. Although they apologized, it made us wait for long and had to change our plans.

Me and my boyfriend spent 6 days at Muang Samui Villas & Suites in mid April. The hotel is really amazing and the beach is by far the best we saw in the island. There are several stores and restaurants around but still it is quiet. It is also very close to the fisherman's village so if you want more action you can easily go there. Also close to the airport but not enough to be disturbed by passing airplanes. The room we stayed was really nice, big and clean. Food at the hotel also really good. If you stay there for sure it is a worthy to have dinner at the hotel restaurant at the beach. Food is amazing. Indeed the staff dont speak very good English but that is not an exclusivity of this hotel. You will find out that unless you go for tours and restaurants ran by foreigners, you will have dificulties with language all over. My advise if you have any issues to be solved is that you speak as less words as possible and as clear as possible and confirm at least 5 times if they understood what you said, because they will at first say "ok" and you will find out they didnt understand anything of what you asked. Anyway, all in all, a very good hotel, for sure one of the best in the island and a good value for your money!!
If there is anything i can say, would be about the language. But as I said, dont expect much more than that anywhere else unless you are dealing with a foreigner.

I absolutely loved the charming and traditional Thai decor throughout the hotel. The attention to detail in the furniture and the beautiful artwork made me feel like I was truly experiencing the local culture. The general areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and the gardens, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. The walkways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane. the hotel's decoration and design were perfect for creating a relaxing environment for senior travellers like myself.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentiveness from the staff. While they were generally polite, I felt that the children working there sometimes lacked the attentiveness and warmth that I would expect from a 5-star resort.
